This home holds a special place in my heart. From the very beginning, I approached it not just as a designer, but as someone creating a living, breathing environment where real moments, real warmth, and real memories would unfold.
This multimillion-dollar Las Olas residence — complete with a generous yacht dock and unmistakable coastal charm — was delivered fully turnkey for the developer and sold instantly at asking price. To me, it became a celebration of craftsmanship, balance, storytelling, and the simple beauty of living by the water..
Working closely with the builder’s team, we shaped every inch of this brand-new Las Olas residence with intention — nothing was accidental, and everything was deeply considered.
My goal was to create a “style formula” that blended timeless elegance with the kind of comfort that makes a house truly feel like home. I leaned into soft transitions, layered textures, and thoughtful ceiling details to bring a sense of calm, balance, and quiet luxury to every room.
I’ve always believed a fireplace is more than a design feature — it’s a symbolic place where families come together, share stories, laugh, and create memories. Even in South Florida, where we don’t need the warmth, I love including fireplaces for the emotional warmth they bring. The same philosophy guides every kitchen I design. I think through the cooking rituals, the rhythm of family meals, and the way a kitchen becomes the heart of the home. This project was no exception — it was designed for real life, real gatherings, and real joy.
Some of my favorite moments in this home include the elegant wine display tucked beneath the staircase, and the serene primary suite with its beautifully planned his-and-hers dressing rooms and bathrooms. Each detail was crafted with heart, purpose, and a deep understanding of how people truly live.
