This residence represents the most ambitious classical home I have ever created — a five-year journey defined by trust, craftsmanship, and an extraordinary level of customization. Marina’s intensive European education played a crucial role in shaping this project. Years of rigorous classical training, exposure to historic architecture, and extensive travel throughout Europe gave Marina a deep understanding of proportion, ornamentation, craftsmanship, and the subtle nuances that define true timeless design. That foundation allowed her to approach this home with a level of artistry and precision that sets my work apart — and it was essential for achieving the depth and authenticity this project demanded.

Nearly every element is bespoke: hand-carved limestone crafted from my drawings, custom mosaics, and wall finishes executed by Europe’s finest artisans. Marina worked side by side with railing welders, sculptors, and craftsmen — sketching, refining prototypes, visiting workshops, and perfecting each detail. Countless hours were spent ensuring that every curve, texture, and material reflected the integrity of classical design.

The home features meticulously curated Italian and American furnishings, highly detailed custom drapery, a one-of-a-kind pool mosaic designed from scratch, dramatic stone selections, tailored millwork, and a jewel-box wine room. Outside, a private dock was created to showcase the owner’s stunning boat, completing the estate’s luxurious lifestyle experience.
